Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are baked fresh from scratch. Please allow up to 24- 48 hours for dispatch during busy holidays. If your dispatch date falls on a Sunday (when the Post Office is closed), it will be moved to the following Monday. We ship using Royal Mail Tracked.
Q: Can I order for a specific date?
A: Absolutely! Please pick your ideal delivery date at checkout using our calendar. If your date is not available then please reach out to us and we might still be able to accept your order.
Q: Can I order more than what’s available in stock?
A: Yes, in many cases you can! Please get in touch via the contact form, and we’ll do our best to arrange a larger order for you.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We currently ship our gift boxes across the UK via Royal Mail.
Q: What if I have allergies?
A: Please note that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Our kitchen handles nuts, wheat, milk, soya, gluten, and eggs, so cross-contamination may occur even if a product doesn’t contain those ingredients directly.
Q: How long do your treats last?
A: Our brownies and cakes stay fresh for 5–7 days from the baked-by date. For best results, keep them stored in the fridge once received.
Q: Are your brownies suitable for vegetarians?
A: Yes! All of our brownies are suitable for vegetarians.
Q: How are the brownies packaged?
A: Each brownie is individually wrapped in cellophane to lock in freshness. We carefully pack your order with bubble wrap and shredded tissue, then place the box inside a strong posting bag to prevent any damage or moisture during transit.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to all our bakes are made fresh to order and would not be able to be resold once returned to us.
